The MPM-2 (Mechanical Project Manager-Level 2) program is designed for project managers with approximately 3-7 years of experience in mechanical project management, who need to broaden their skills and acquire critical knowledge that is difficult to obtain on the job. This program provides a mixture of lecture and effective, hands-on activities to reinforce concepts learned.
Create a new lens through which Project Managers will see their role from a new perspective and apply tools to mitigate project risks, leverage opportunities and identify what success looks like from all aspects of the project. As the primary driver of project success, participants will have the opportunity to analyze impacts of key decisions on the project and on the company. The group will apply learned skill sets that are imperative for career growth and success as a team and project leader. This program takes project fundamentals to the next level by connecting people, process, and project strategy to drive profits, develop team members and
sustain critical relationships.
